Rattlesnake on Marble Base

At 29″ tall this is a very dramatic sculpture in lost wax, cast bronze on marble base, recreation of the Famous original sculpture ” RATTLE SNAKE ” after the original by Frederic Remington, one of the most prolific American artsts of all time. Said to have been Remington’s personal favorites for his dynamic achievement of action, danger and realism permanently suspended in motion.  The lean and quick rider lifted out of the saddle, clenches the reins and holds firm his hat with the other hand, as his horse rears away from the rattlesnake just a pulse away.Â
